Donald Boggs

General Manager

Don got his start in radio at the age of 18 working as a "gofer" for a radio network doing the World Series of Golf in Akron, Ohio. He later worked at several stations in Ohio as morning drive announcer, newscaster, production director, and station manager. He has an M.A. in Mass Media and a Ph.D.

Matt Rust

Program Director

Before joining our team Matt was studio manager for a major Indianapolis audio production company. His radio experience also includes work at 3 major Indianapolis stations.

Paul Poteet

WQME Weather

Meteorologist Paul Poteet has over 25 years experience in radio. He first cracked a microphone in Huntington, Indiana near his hometown of Andrews. Paul and his wife are raising two boys, one who is a teenager and the other threatening to become one someday. Paul is fascinated with gadgets and computers, likes hiking, reading and traveling, and occasionally sleeping in. We are very excited to have Paul as part of the WQME team providing the Central Indiana Weather forecast throughout the day and evening Monday-Friday!

Norma Armogum

Dir. Administrative Services/Traffic Director

Norma coordinates and directs the support services of WQME as well as serving as our traffic director (commercial traffic that is!) Before coming to WQME Norma worked as a marketing consultant.

Becky Melson

Administrative Services Assistant

Becky is the account manager for WQME 98.7 FM. Before coming to WQME she worked with radio station WSDM and WAXI. She earned her accounting degree from Anderson University and has over 25 years of accounting experience.


Jill O'Malia

Sales Manager

Jill has been in radio for over 25 years. She's done everything from promotions director to on-air work including morning drive co-host. Her marketing experience includes a number of companies and businesses in Indiana and across the United States.


Michael Balassone

Account Executive

Michael has acquired over 18 years of sales experience. He began his quest in sales after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Houghton College in Houghton, New York. He enjoys serving others and in his spare time loves to play the saxophone.


Jerry Morton

Engineer

Jerry previously worked at a PBS TV station in central Indiana. In the unlikely event that equipment goes down, Jerry saves the day. Need we say more?
